1. I can not remember my user name and/or password.

Don't panic...Please go to www.points.askwoodfin.com/account/ and click on the red link that says "forgot user name or password." The information will be emailed to you shortly. If you have further issues, please contact pawpoints@askwoodfin.com.


2. What are Paw Points and how do they work?

Paw Points is our customer rewards program developed in 2010 to thank our customers for their continued business with us. For every dollar that you spend with Woodfin you receive a Paw Point. The Paw Points never expire and you can redeem your points for gift cards, vouchers and discounts on Woodfin products and services and much more.


3. How do I sign up for Paw Points?

Please go to www.askwoodfin.com/points and have your account number (minus the letter) and phone number (without spaces, dashes or parentheses) that is associated with your account ready. Click on "new user?...register now!" Please enter your account number (minus the letter) and phone number (without spaces, dashes or parentheses). Once accepted, you will be asked to create a user name (6 characters- letters or numbers) and password (8 characters- letters or numbers) for your account. Enter your email address twice for verification. Click the box if you wish to receive updates regarding your points. Then type the word "points" (p-o-i-n- t-s) in the box. Your set up is complete. An email will be sent to you to authenticate your account creation. Please click on the verification link and your account will be activated.


4. How do I redeem my points?

Log into your Paw Points account at www.askwoodfin.com/points and click on the "Redeem" tab. On this page there is a drop-down box that will allow you to browse through the different reward categories available. Click on the reward you would like to redeem and a request will be sent to be approved.


5. What can I redeem my points for?

We have several things in our rewards catalog from Comfort Coupons to restaurant gift cards to an Air Purification System for your home. Take a look. When you click on a reward, it will indicate if you have enough points to redeem or not. If not, it will indicate how many more Paw Points are needed to redeem for this reward.

7. Do I receive extra points for referring another customer?

Absolutely! You and your referral will receive 5,000 bonus Paw Points. Be sure to call us and let us know who you have referred.


8. May I use my points on my account if I have a budget plan?

Yes, if you have a budget plan you may still redeem your points for a Comfort Coupon to go towards a delivery or service. Any Comfort Coupon redemption must be made to offset the purchase of a product or service. Therefore, you may redeem a Comfort Coupon after a service or delivery has been rendered and then reduce the following budget payment by the amount of the Comfort Coupon redeemed.


9. When can I redeem for a Comfort Coupon?

You may redeem for a Comfort Coupon when you have an outstanding invoice or work order on your account, prior to your payment. If you have a zero balance on your account and no work orders scheduled for a future service, save your points and you may use them on your next transaction. Remember, your points do not expire.


10. When trying to register for an account, the website says "the account number and phone number entered do not match any known customer." Why?

If the system cannot locate your account, please make sure you are using the same phone number that is on your main Woodfin account. Also, please be sure your account is not considered a commercial account. Paw Points is currently only available for residential accounts.


11. Can I apply more than 1 Comfort Coupon to my invoice?

You may only apply 1 Comfort Coupon per invoice.
